Where to Find Work During a Recession

Introducing a new blog for those interested in finding a 'recession proof' job.

We are hoping that this will become a place where visitors can share information and opinions, which we may convert to a forum or add a link to a forum when we get the interest going.

There are lots of people losing jobs out there. There is lots of gloom and doom about the economy right now. However, there are pockets where opportunities are still good for employment AND sectors that are growing.

For example, a recent visit to the RCMP website indicates that they are planning on hiring approximately 1700 new employees (policing, administrative and other) over the next few years.
